Saartje's Bootees for Baby E.

One of my colleagues recently had a new baby and today we went to visit them. I decided to knit the baby a pair of Saartje's bootees and I was really pleased with the pattern (you can find it on Saartje's website) and with how the bootees turned out. I knit the bootees out of Debby Bliss Baby Cashmerino, and the tiny buttons were bought at the Saturday market in Leiden.
Today was a very warm day, so it was really to warm for baby E. to wear booties. She did have them on briefly though, and I think they looked adorable on her. I think I will definitely use this pattern again to knit baby bootees.
